Website Project Challenges
Nua Healthcare provide person-centred care for individuals in their own home or in appropriate community based care facilities and specialise in providing Residential care, Community outreach and Day services to adults and children with complex support requirement. They actively encourages service users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves, and ultimately, to move on to more independent living arrangements. We wanted to communicate each of these key elements to website vistors looking for a suitable fit for their loved ones in a care enviroment.
Key Website Design Elements
We used the slider approach to give the website visitor a very immediate 'window' into the Nua Healthcare approach to residential care. We introduced this strong photographic element to give visitors a real feel for the facilities available and the overall ambience / culture of Nua’s approach to the provision of healthcare service. This was important as it gives a clear understanding of the quality and nature of the Nua approach and state-of-the-art residential faciliates they have developed.
We also carefully considered the very different types of people that Nua supports and made it as easy as possible for them to identify the service group they belong to and then easily access the information of relevace to them and we establish with as much ease as possible the range of specialties, facilities, care and development services, that Nua provides.
We clearly identify Nua’s target audiences and provided easily access to answers to critical decision making factors e.g. expertise, reputation, quality of services, client success, supports, and facilities.
